These Terms & Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") govern your access to and use of the pk19 platform, including all associated content, features, tools and services made available through the domain https://pk19.cam and any subdomains or successor domains (collectively, the "Platform").

By accessing the Platform in any manner — including browsing, registering an account, depositing funds, participating in games or promotions, or using any support service — you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gambling Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Player", "you") and pk19 ("pk19", "we", "us", "our"). If you do not accept these Terms unconditionally, you must immediately cease using the Platform.

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions shall apply:

• "Platform" means the pk19 website at https://pk19.cam, including all pages, features, tools, game integrations and content thereon.
• "Account" means the registered user profile created by you upon successful completion of the registration and KYC process.
• "Bonus" means any promotional credit, free spin, cashback or other non-cash benefit offered by pk19 subject to applicable terms and wagering requirements.
• "Wagering Requirement" (also "Rollover") means the total turnover, expressed as a multiple of the bonus (and/or deposit) amount, that must be completed before any associated winnings may be withdrawn.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity verification process through which pk19 confirms a user's identity, age and source of funds in compliance with applicable anti-money laundering frameworks.
• "AML" means Anti-Money Laundering — regulatory and procedural requirements designed to prevent the use of gaming platforms for illicit financial activity.
• "Self-Exclusion" means the process by which a user voluntarily restricts their own access to the Platform for a defined or indefinite period.
• "Payment Method" means any deposit or withdrawal mechanism made available in the cashier, which may include mobile wallets (referenced here as familiar Pakistani payment rails), bank transfers and cryptocurrency, subject to availability and applicable terms.
• "PKR" means Pakistani Rupee, the currency of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan.
• "Force Majeure" means any event beyond pk19's reasonable control, including but not limited to network outages, regulatory actions, natural disasters, acts of war or cyberattacks.

To register and maintain an Account on the Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility conditions:

1. You are at least eighteen (18) years of age, or the higher minimum legal age required by the jurisdiction in which the operator holds its gaming licence.
2. You are acting on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party.
3. You have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws of your jurisdiction.
4. You are not a resident of any jurisdiction in which participation in online gaming is prohibited by applicable law.
5. You have not previously had an Account suspended, terminated or closed by pk19 for breach of these Terms or any applicable policy.
6. You will not use the Platform in connection with any fraudulent, abusive or otherwise unlawful activity.
7. All personal information you provide during registration and throughout your use of the Platform is true, accurate, current and complete.

pk19 reserves the right to request documentary evidence of eligibility at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the stipulated period may result in account suspension or closure.

Each user may register only one (1) Account on the Platform. Opening duplicate accounts is a breach of these Terms and may result in forfeiture of all balances and permanent account closure.

During registration, you must provide accurate personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address and contact number. This information is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Before withdrawals may be processed — and in certain circumstances before deposits are accepted — you will be required to complete our KYC verification process. This requires submission of:

• A valid government-issued photo identity document (national CNIC, passport or equivalent);
• Proof of residential address dated within the preceding three (3) months (utility bill, bank statement or equivalent);
• Where required, proof of source of funds or source of wealth documentation.

pk19 processes KYC documentation in accordance with applicable AML obligations. We do not share KYC documents with third parties except as required by law or our licensed payment processors. KYC verification may take up to five (5) business days from submission of complete and legible documentation.

Your use of the Platform must at all times comply with these Terms, applicable law and generally accepted standards of online conduct. The following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Creating or using more than one Account, whether personally or through a third party;
• Using automated scripts, bots, crawlers or other software to interact with the Platform in an unauthorised manner;
• Exploiting software errors, glitches or technical vulnerabilities to obtain an unfair advantage;
• Engaging in collusion with other users or any third party to manipulate game outcomes;
• Using the Platform for money laundering, fraud or any other illegal financial activity;
• Providing false, misleading or incomplete information at any point during your use of the Platform;
• Sharing your Account credentials with any third party or allowing any other person to use your Account;
• Systematically abusing bonus structures in a manner inconsistent with normal gameplay (including but not limited to bonus hunting, wagering hedging and arbitrage strategies).

pk19 reserves the right to monitor user activity for the purposes of detecting prohibited conduct. Where such conduct is identified, pk19 may, at its sole discretion, suspend or permanently close the relevant Account, forfeit outstanding balances and report the activity to relevant authorities.

pk19 may from time to time make available promotional bonuses, welcome offers, cashback arrangements, free spins and other incentive structures ("Promotions"). Each Promotion is subject to specific terms which will be disclosed at the time of the offer.

General provisions applicable to all Promotions include the following:

• All bonus credit is subject to a wagering requirement before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable rollover multiplier will be stated in the specific offer terms.
• Promotions are valid for the period stated in the offer terms. Unused or unmet wagering requirements that expire within the validity window will be forfeited without compensation.
• A minimum qualifying deposit, as stated in the specific offer, must be made to activate the Promotion. Deposits made prior to bonus activation or using an ineligible payment method will not qualify.
• Bonus credit and winnings derived from bonus credit may be subject to maximum withdrawal caps as set out in the specific offer terms.
• pk19 reserves the right to withdraw, modify or cancel any Promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that such modification does not adversely affect users who have already commenced wagering activity under the existing terms.
• Promotions are intended for recreational players only and pk19 reserves the right to exclude users from specific Promotions at its discretion where abuse is suspected.

All financial transactions on the Platform are processed in accordance with applicable AML/KYC requirements. pk19 reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on any transaction where there is reasonable grounds to suspect financial irregularity.

7.1 Deposits

Deposits must be made from payment methods registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted. Minimum and maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and are displayed in the cashier at the time of transaction.

Payment methods that may be available as familiar Pakistani payment references include Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast-linked bank transfers (via institutions such as HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah), and potentially cryptocurrency. The availability of any specific method in the cashier is not guaranteed and is subject to change without notice. The listing of these payment names is for context only — none of these providers endorses or supports gambling activities.

7.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests will only be processed after KYC verification has been completed in full. Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the originating deposit where reasonably practicable, in accordance with AML policy.

• Processing times are not guaranteed and vary by payment method, operator review status and individual account verification level;
• pk19 reserves the right to delay or suspend withdrawals pending AML review or where additional documentation is required;
• Withdrawals to cryptocurrency wallets are irreversible once broadcast to the network — ensure wallet addresses and network types are correct before confirming;
• Where a discrepancy exists between the name on the gaming account and the receiving bank or wallet account, withdrawal processing may be delayed or refused pending clarification.

pk19 is committed to promoting responsible gambling and provides a suite of player protection tools designed to help users maintain control over their gaming activity. These tools include:

• Deposit Limits: Daily, weekly and monthly caps on deposits. Requests to reduce limits take effect immediately; requests to increase limits are subject to a mandatory cooling-off period.
• Loss Limits: Maximum amounts a player may lose within a defined period, after which further gaming activity is restricted.
• Session Time Reminders: Alerts and optional automatic logout after a player-defined session duration.
• Self-Exclusion: Voluntary temporary or permanent exclusion from the Platform, available for periods ranging from thirty (30) days to permanent closure. Self-exclusion blocks all marketing communications and prevents re-registration during the exclusion period.

Players who believe they may have a gambling problem are encouraged to access these tools immediately via their account settings, or to contact our support team for assistance. Use of responsible-gambling tools does not waive any of the user's obligations under these Terms.

All content on the Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, game interfaces and software — is the property of pk19 or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial recreational purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not permit you to:

• Reproduce, distribute, publicly display or create derivative works from any Platform content;
• Reverse engineer, decompile or disassemble any software forming part of the Platform;
• Use any pk19 trademark, logo or brand asset without prior written authorisation;
• Frame or mirror any portion of the Platform on any third-party website or platform.

Any unauthorised use of Platform content or intellectual property constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may give rise to civil or criminal liability.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, pk19, its officers, directors, employees and agents shall not be liable for:

• Any direct, indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Platform;
• Loss of data, profits, revenue or business opportunity;
• Interruptions to service resulting from scheduled or unscheduled maintenance, technical failures or Force Majeure events;
• The accuracy, completeness or currency of any informational or educational content published on the Platform;
• Losses arising from your reliance on any illustrative promotional figures, game descriptions or payment method information.

pk19 provides the Platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement.

pk19 reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently terminate any Account at its sole discretion and without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms or any applicable policy;
• Suspected fraudulent activity, identity misrepresentation or AML concerns;
• Failure to provide satisfactory KYC documentation within the required timeframe;
• Provision of false or inaccurate registration information;
• Engagement in any form of bonus abuse, collusion or exploitation of technical errors;
• Receipt of a valid legal order or regulatory direction requiring the restriction of the account.

Upon account closure, any outstanding bonus credit will be forfeited. Verified real-money balances will be returned to the user via an appropriate payment method, subject to completion of AML checks and any applicable deductions for outstanding obligations.

You may request closure of your own Account at any time by contacting our support team. Voluntary account closure is processed within a reasonable timeframe and does not waive any obligations outstanding at the time of the request.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which pk19's operating entity is incorporated and licensed, as specified in the applicable operator licensing documentation.

Any dispute arising in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through informal negotiation shall be referred to the dispute resolution procedures specified in the operator's applicable licensing framework. Nothing in this clause limits your statutory rights as a consumer in any jurisdiction where such rights cannot lawfully be excluded.

pk19 reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. Where a material change is made, we will notify registered users via email or a prominent notice on the Platform no less than seven (7) days prior to the change taking effect, except where an immediate change is required by law or regulatory direction.

Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 11 above.

The "Last Updated" date displayed at the top of this page reflects the date on which the most recent version of these Terms was published. You are responsible for reviewing these Terms periodically to remain informed of any changes.
